Eric, the previous owner of Penn Badgley Fan, built this site from the ground up. But when life became to hectic for him, he decided to give it up for adoption. Thats when I applied, and got the site. I decided I wanted a Penn Badgley fansite when I first started watching Gossip Girl. He was immediately my favorite on the show, due to his awkward nature, and the way his character saw life, his morals, and more.
